Sue Bedford, MSc (Nut Th), BSc (Hons), PGCE, mBANT, CNHC is a Nutritional Therapist, with a special interest in menopause. She gained her MSc in Nutritional Therapy from the University of Worcester in 2012, her advanced independent study explored in depth the area of nutrition and IVF and she has successfully worked with a variety of clients ever since. In addition, Sue has worked extensively with people requiring advice for general health and wellness, the menopause, post-natal nutrition, fertility as well as child nutrition.
Sue very much enjoys working with people who need nutritional advice in the hope that the very best outcomes can be realised wherever possible
She is particularly interested in the science of food and the effects that the properties of different nutrients have on the human body.
Sue is a full member of The British Association for Applied Nutrition and Nutritional Therapy (BANT) and the Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC).
She has written numerous nutrition articles over the years and is a leading nutritionist for IVF Babble and also EMME magazine. She is also co-editor of two books.
