Jo has produced her online video pilates course – Pilates exercises for Menopause. As someone who had gone through early onset menopause in her early 30’s, she wanted to help others. Movement and exercise are so beneficial to counteract the effects.

Jo’s clients continue to benefit from her desire to stay at the leading edge in her field so she undertook a two year Hatha Yoga qualification with FRYOG in 2010 to complement her passion for movement to help people of all ages to maintain their mental and physical well being.

Her passion for Pilates and its benefits shines through in all her teaching and her wider experience in choreography and movement means that she is able to provide a challenging, unique and varied approach every time.
