Why not start the day with a ‘Gut healthy Kefir Morning Smoothie?
Ingredients:
(Makes 1 large glass or 2 smaller ones)
1 Avocado
1 handful of each of the following: Fresh or frozen Raspberries, blueberries and blackberries
1 heaped tablespoon of chia seeds
100ml Kefir
How to make
Mix all of the above together to create a wonderful gut friendly smoothie
